Terms & Condition

By accessing and using the services provided by SketchyCAD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

SketchyCAD provides architectural shop drawings, millwork shop drawings, CNC-ready drawings, and 3D rendering services based on drawings, specifications, and information provided by the client.

Payments

A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project work.
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion and before final delivery of drawings or files.
We accept payments via Wire Transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Payments are accepted only through authorized payment gateways.
Project pricing is based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional work beyond the approved scope will be charged separately.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included if they align with the originally approved scope.
Any changes beyond the approved scope or design intent will be considered additional work and may be charged separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete project information.
SketchyCAD is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property

All drawings and files remain the property of SketchyCAD until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the deliverables for the specified project only.

Limitation of Liability

SketchyCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

SketchyCAD operates as a service-based business. Due to the customized nature of design and drafting services:

No refunds will be provided once the work has started.
If work has not commenced, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed or partially completed services are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once project work has started.
Cancellation requests made before work commencement must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually.
SketchyCAD reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate communication provided to the client.
